  1. Commencement of Work with MM Professional Corporation

By initiating or continuing work with MM Professional Corporation, you are in agreement with the following terms:

MM Professional Corporation solely accepts documents uploaded to its secure Drive. Please abstain from emailing documents. Work will commence only upon the completion of uploading all required documents, payment of the retainer fee, and notification to MM Professional Corporation via email confirming these steps. Upon the completion of your tax preparation, MM Professional Corporation will furnish a T183 Summary and request full payment. Your full tax return will be released and eFiled upon receipt of full payment.

  1. Past Due Payments

In case of past due payments:

Reminders will be sent from MM Professional Corporation for payments 7 days past due. An administrative penalty of 15% will be added to the outstanding amount for payments 14 days past due, with a maximum penalty of $100. In the event of payments 21 days past due, the case will be referred to our lawyer or Legal Counsel, who will serve a court hearing notice for breach of contract. The past due period commences from the date MM Professional Corporation requests payment.

  1. Pricing Plans

MM Professional Corporation offers three distinct pricing plans: Basic, Advanced, and Premium. By default, clients are enrolled in the Basic plan unless alternative arrangements are communicated.

Pricing Plan Details:

Basic Plan: Tax filing by a reputable CPA firm. Standard service. No priority service or additional consultation is included. Advanced Plan: Tax filing by a reputable CPA firm. Priority service. Includes a 30-minute consultation. Premium Plan: Tax filing by a reputable CPA firm. Priority service. Includes a 30-minute consultation.

  1. Comments and User-Generated Content

Certain sections of the website may facilitate users to post and exchange opinions and information. MM Professional Corporation does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments express the views and opinions of the individuals posting them and not necessarily those of MM Professional Corporation. MM Professional Corporation retains the right to monitor and remove inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant Comments.
